The members of our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well being of others. Because we want each guest to go home satisfied, we ask that these few, but important rules of Spa Etiquette be observed to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests we ask that you:

  We love kids, but…
The spa is a place where Moms & Dads come to rest and recharge their batteries. So please, make arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones. 

Children under the age of 13 will not be permitted in the spa.

Returns on Skin Care items: must be refunded within 10 days of purchase for full refund.

Makeup / Body Care / Miscellaneous Are all final sale

Gift Certificates Are non-refundable but are fully transferable.                                                                          

Methods of payment: cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Gift Certificates / Cards.

The Costs of services may change and all quotes are subject to the change unless booked in before the price change.

Valuables
We request that you leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Spa Arrivals/Arriving Late
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so that we may begin your treatment on time.

Your time is important to us and we are committed to offering all guests wonderful service.

As a courtesy to our other guests, If you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to customize your treatment to fit in the allotted time or reschedule your appointment. Most of the spa services run on time, however the physician can sometimes be running late, due to the nature of the treatments he performs.

Privacy
During treatments, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy. However, because your relaxation and enjoyment is our number one priority, please feel free to leave on as much clothing as makes you feel comfortable.

Our Policies
At the time of your reservation we do require a credit card number, otherwise your appointment cannot be taken. When you reserve your time with us and you need to cancel, as a courtesy to our therapists and our other guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment with Kaya Kama Spa and 48 hours with Dr Haubrich’s Services.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your reservation with us, you must do this by phone, sending an email will not be accepted.For any one or more services a fee of 50% will be applied, For spa packages 50% of thepackage will be applied, For all no shows 100% of the service/package will be applied.

We do understand that things “come up”. If we can fill the appointment time, you won’t be billed at all.

If for any reason you need to change or cancel your reservation with us, you must do this by phone. Leaving a message or sending an email will not be accepted.
